Sustainable viticulture?
Sustainable viticulture is defined by the OIV as “the global approach to the scale of grape production and processing systems, simultaneously combining the economic sustainability of structures and territories, the production of quality products, considering the specific requirements of viticulture sustainability, risks linked to the environment, product safety and consumer health and the valorisation of heritage, historical, cultural, ecological and landscape aspects“.
